Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking highly motivated professionals with expertise in aerospace engineering, program management, and aviation systems. Ideal candidates meet the following criteria:

  • Citizenship: Applicants must be U.S. citizens. Dual citizenship (U.S. and another country) is not necessarily disqualifying.
  • Age: Applicants must be at least 18 years old and less than 42 years old at the time of commissioning. Prior qualifying service will be considered for year-for-year credit up to age 50. Waivers beyond age 54 will not be considered.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees and professional certifications in program management or systems engineering are highly valued.
  • Work Experience: Prior civilian or military experience in aerospace engineering, program management, or aviation systems is strongly preferred. Experience in leadership roles that involve managing complex technical projects is highly valued.
  • Security Clearance: A security clearance may be required depending on the specific role and responsibilities.
